Founded recently, the enterprise has secured substantial venture capital financing from premier VCs and is currently assembling its elite Founding Engineering Team.

The company is disrupting the market by building an AI-native customer experience platform designed to democratize elite automation frameworks.

Their platform empowers Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) with the same hyper-personalized, ultra-low-latency autonomous capabilities used by global enterprises eliminating traditional technological barriers, deployment friction, and massive capital constraints.

The company operates as a collaborative team of under twenty professionals.

The corporate office is based in a central Tel Aviv tech hub (highly accessible, situated directly on the light rail transit network), operating under a flexible hybrid model providing 1 day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Founding AI / Machine Learning Engineer joining as a core, high-impact technical stakeholder within the founding R&D group, directly shaping the platform's architectural blueprint.
• Designing, developing, and deploying highly sophisticated, scalable Agentic AI systems and multi-model reasoning pipelines to drive real-time automation.
• Engineering production-grade backend architectures, core AI frameworks, and complex asynchronous workflows using Python over global cloud infrastructures.
• Implementing advanced cognitive structures, handling real-time streaming inference, prompt management systems, and stateful multi-agent orchestration fabrics.
• Transitioning cutting-edge generative research into resilient, deterministic, high-throughput software architectures directly in production.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Agentic AI, Founding Team Engineering, Python Backend, Multi-Agent Systems, LangGraph / LangChain Orchestration, Streaming Inference, Reasoning Pipelines, Prompt Engineering & Governance, AWS/GCP Cloud Native, Early-Stage Startup Scale.

Requirements-

• Academic Background or Elite Military Training: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related quantitative fields from a top-tier academic institution, OR an alumnus of elite military technological units – Mandatory
• 6+ years of proven professional experience split between Backend Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or Core Algos – Mandatory
• Verifiable, hands-on track record building, testing, and deploying AI / LLM systems directly within live Production environments – Mandatory
• Deep, production-grade programming mastery in Python – Mandatory
• Strong technical experience with core generative mechanics: streaming inference, prompt management, and multi-agent systems – Mandatory
• Proven experience architecting workflows with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent stateful orchestration frameworks – Mandatory
• Robust engineering experience operating inside cloud environments (AWS or GCP) – Mandatory
• Prior professional experience working within fast-paced, early-stage Startup environments – Mandatory
