Job Description

A leading insurance organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join its innovative AI team.

In this role, you will design and develop cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, build RAG-based architectures and AI Agents, and work on enterprise-scale AI initiatives including intelligent document processing, conversational AI, and advanced LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions.
• Build AI Agents and RAG-based architectures.
• Develop applications powered by GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other foundation models.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Optimize model performance and AI workflows.
• Evaluate and implement emerging Generative AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI.
• Experience developing AI Agents and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of Foundation Models, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
