Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

A leading telecommunications company is looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join its digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, identifying trends, and building a strong and meaningful presence across social media platforms.

About the Role

• Manage and lead social media activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create, write, and produce marketing and professional content using AI tools.
• Photograph, produce, and edit videos and images, including Reels.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Increase brand exposure, engagement, and generate high-quality leads.
• Manage and update the company website and landing pages.
• Analyze data, monitor performance, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and partners in Israel and abroad.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of AI tools to improve marketing processes and automation.
• Identify trends, technologies, and emerging tools in the digital marketing and AI landscape.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns – advantage.
• Experience creating content and leading organic social media activities – advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, automation, and data analysis – advantage.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Canva AI – advantage.
• Experience working with Google Analytics and other measurement tools – advantage.
• Creative mindset, strong marketing orientation, and the ability to work independently.
