As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who understands complex financial products and can build relationships with clients across both regulated low-risk and high-risk industries.
The RoleWe are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with proven experience selling banking, payment, fintech, or crypto solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with internal compliance, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding complex payment flows and designing the right solution for each client.
Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities across global markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding.
- Sell banking, payment, stablecoin, embedded finance, and digital asset solutions.
- Work with clients operating in both low-risk and high-risk industries.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer payment flows and commercial requirements.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and solution designs.
- Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Attend international fintech, payments, and crypto conferences.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales within fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or financial services.
- Proven experience selling complex payment or banking solutions.
- Experience working with both low-risk and high-risk sectors, including industries such as fintech, iGaming, digital assets, trading, e-commerce, PSPs, and marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, payment rails, acquiring, virtual IBANs, stablecoins, wallets, or embedded finance.
- Experience managing long and consultative enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with senior decision-makers including founders, CEOs, CFOs, and Heads of Payments.
- Strong commercial awareness and solution-selling approach.
- Fluent English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Existing network within the fintech or payments industry.
- Experience selling crypto infrastructure or digital asset solutions.
- Knowledge of KYC, KYB, AML, and regulatory onboarding processes.
- Experience selling API-based financial products or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
