Responsibilities
- Support the management of the department, implementing and fulfilling the strategic plan defined by the Administration and Department's management;
- Ensure the maintenance management of the company's equipment fleet;
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machines and equipment;
- Coordination of logistical processes for import/export of equipment;
- Work teams supervision.
- Availability for periodic and short-term national and international travel;
- English proficiency;
- Proficiency in MS Office and other IT tools;
- Experience in mechanical and oil-hydraulic components;
- Knowledge of equipment hydraulics;
- Experience in team management in a workshop environment;
- Proactivity in problem-solving;
- Leadership and management skills;
- Power of communication and ease in establishing interpersonal relationships.
