Purchase Leader

We are looking for a hands-on Procurement & Planning leader to lead end-to-end procurement and supply planning operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys balancing operational execution with supplier and planning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle — from purchase requests through delivery
• Strong ability to analyse data and translate demand forecasts into actionable supply or production plans.
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders while coordinating closely with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and support supply and demand planning activities
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
• Resolve delivery discrepancies and ensure on-time supply availability
• Continuously improve procurement and planning processes
• Prepare and analyse reports on spend, supplier performance, and operational KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement, planning, or as a senior tactical buyer
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate demand/supply forecasts.
• High proficiency in Excel and Priority ERP (mandatory)
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary company – Advantage
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
