Red Team Expert - Cyber Risk Department

We are looking for a Red Team Expert to join its Cyber Risk team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Red Team engagements, perform Adversary Emulation based on real-world threat actors, conduct advanced penetration testing across infrastructure, cloud environments, and applications, assess the effectiveness of EDR/XDR detection capabilities, and collaborate closely with SOC, Incident Response, and Blue Team teams to continuously strengthen the organization's security posture.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Offensive Security – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience conducting Red Team Operations in enterprise environments – Mandatory
• Strong experience with Active Directory attacks – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments – Mandatory
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID – Mandatory
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework – Mandatory
