Responsibilit

• ies Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP) processes, working directly with the CFO and senior leaders
• hip.Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks that provides real-time visibility into financial and operational performa

Requirem

ents ▪ B.A in Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related f

ield.▪ 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a demonstrated ability to operate independently at a high

pace.▪ Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience from technological companies with hardware products — such as semiconductors, networking equipment, optical connectivity solutions or similar is a significant advantage - is manda

tory.▪ Deep understanding in manufacturing cost structures: COGS, absorption, BOM, yield analysis

etc.▪ Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build robust, auditable models from scr

atch.▪ Strong analytical mindset and the ability to convert raw data into actionable business insi

ghts.▪ Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across a global organiza

tion.▪ Exceptional work ethic, hands-on with an ownership menta

lity.▪ Experience at a startup or high-growth company where processes were built, not inherited is an advan

tage.▪ Working with ERP systems especially to Priority and/or NetSuite is an advan

tage.▪ Experience supporting corporate / enterprise reporting processes; experience working in a NASDAQ listed company or public company environment – advan
