About the Role

Improve-IT Digital Learning is looking for a student or an entry-level Digital Learning Developer who is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow in the digital learning field.

The role includes managing and operating an LMS platform for approximately 150 clients, providing ongoing customer support, implementing activities within the system, and adapting the platform to different client needs.

The position also involves working with the Blossom LMS platform and developing digital learning products using tools such as Storyline and Vyond.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in Instructional Technologies, Learning Technologies, Education, Training, or a related field
• Proficiency in Storyline, Vyond, and Genially
• Good familiarity with AI tools
• Experience with LMS platforms – a significant advantage
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn independently, manage multiple tasks, and work in a dynamic environment
• Availability for at least four working days per week
