Job definition
· Frontal and remote service for up to 500 users.
· Resolve technical hardware and software issues.
· Support for desktops/laptops.
· Working with communication equipment.
· Setup and maintenance of printers.
· Installation of operating systems.
Requirements
· Up to 2 years of experience in Help Desk or support roles.
· Strong working knowledge of PC
· Experience with Windows10, Active Directory, Office365.
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills
· Fluent in English / Hebrew written and spoken
