Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

You'll be the bridge between Jurni and our customers – onboarding brands, driving adoption, and ensuring they get real value from the platform. You'll work directly with growth teams at D2C brands, helping them launch high-converting funnels and optimize performance over time.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to expansion
• Help brands build, launch, and optimize funnels that drive measurable results
• Gather feedback and collaborate with product to improve the platform
• Build playbooks and processes that scale as we grow
  
  

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role in SaaS or e-commerce
• Strong communicator who can translate complex features into clear value
• Comfortable with data – can speak to ROAS, CVR, and funnel performance
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  
  

• Background in DTC brands, performance marketing, or AI products
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, landing page tools, or marketing attribution
