Job Summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Cortex Platform to drive the core components of its industry-leading cloud security portfolio, including XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, AgentiX, and Cortex Cloud.

In this role, you will own the entire product lifecycle, from understanding customer needs and defining product requirements (including prioritization and trade-offs) to partnering with global engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that address complex, high-impact challenges, such as scaling multi-tenancy for enterprise customers, improving detection analytics, and building the platform foundation that enables Agentic AI to autonomously defend global enterprises.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering, research, UX, sales, marketing, and product enablement teams to deliver enterprise-grade, cloud-scale capabilities while evangelizing the Cortex Platform to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Impact

The Cortex Platform team develops the foundation that power the entire Cortex product portfolio, including XSIAM, XDR, AgentiX, and Cortex Cloud.

As a Senior Product Manager, You Will

• Own features throughout the entire product lifecycle-from customer discovery and feedback collection to prioritization, requirement definition, roadmap execution, and successful delivery.
• Gather customer requirements and balance priorities through thoughtful product trade-offs.
• Write clear product requirements and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, research, UX, and other cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• Deliver enterprise-grade, highly reliable, cloud-scale platform capabilities that customers trust.
• Partner with product enablement, marketing, and sales teams to evangelize the platform through product demos, presentations, and customer engagements.
• Lead cross-company initiatives that require alignment across multiple teams to build foundational platform capabilities.
• Solve complex technical and business problems that impact the broader Cortex ecosystem.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS cybersecurity products.
• Proven track record of delivering products and features from inception through production.
• Experience collaborating with highly technical engineering, research, and UX/UI teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-driven learner who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable presenting to partners and enterprise customers.
