Nominis is an intelligence-driven crypto risk and compliance platform helping financial institutions, crypto companies, fintechs, and investigation teams improve risk context, accelerate investigations, and make faster, more explainable decisions.
Our platform combines on-chain analytics with off-chain, geo, behavioral, and network intelligence to help customers detect hidden exposure, investigate suspicious activity, and strengthen their crypto AML/KYT operations.
The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with our customers, from onboarding through adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, understands how to translate technology into business value, and can help compliance, risk, and investigation teams get measurable impact from the platform.
You will become the trusted partner for our customers, helping them build stronger crypto risk and compliance processes while representing their needs internally across product, sales, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with compliance, risk, AML, and investigation teams.
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers get clear value from Nominis.
- Help customers use Nominis to improve risk analysis, accelerate investigations, and support explainable decisions.
- Lead onboarding sessions, training, check-ins, and business reviews.
- Understand each customer’s workflows, challenges, and success criteria.
- Identify risks early and proactively work to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Product, Sales, and Support.
- Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities based on customer value and usage.
- Track customer health, usage, feedback, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong ability to build relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, industries, and customer workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into clear action plans.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities and high ownership.
- Strong internal collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Support.
Advantage
- Experience working with fintech, crypto, RegTech, compliance, AML, risk, financial crime, or cybersecurity customers.
- Familiarity with AML/KYT, blockchain analytics, transaction monitoring, or investigation workflows.
- Experience with renewals, expansion, customer health tracking, and QBRs.
