Backed by a recently secured Series A funding round, this agile core team of approximately 5 elite engineers is rapidly expanding its technical division to transform global computing fabrics.
The company's primary laboratory and R&D hub are located in the Central region of Israel, operating under a flexible workspace model that supports integrated remote work options.
Position Overview-
- Founding Analog / RFIC Design Engineer joining an elite core engineering squad as a primary technical authority, building next-generation high-speed integrated architectures from scratch.
- Leading the hands-on design, layout definition, and continuous implementation of complex tens-of-GHz microwave circuits, high-speed drivers, and mixed-signal interfaces.
- Structuring ultra-high-bandwidth electro-optic modulator interfaces, ensuring signal integrity, and managing complex impedance domains.
- Running exhaustive electromagnetic (EM) and RF simulations to model signal propagation, mitigate high-frequency loss, and eliminate reflections.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Silicon Photonics and Systems architects to bridge the gap between advanced electro-optic models and manufacturing-ready chip layouts.
- Core Domain & Ecosystem- RFIC / Analog Mixed-Signal Design, High-Speed Microwave Circuits (Tens-of-GHz), Transmission-Line Theory, Impedance Matching, S-Parameters, Signal Integrity, Electro-Optic Modulator Interfaces, SerDes Front-Ends, IC Design Environments (Cadence Virtuoso), and EM/RF Simulation Tools.
Requirements-
- Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent exact science discipline from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory (Advanced degree M.Sc./Ph.D. specializing in RFIC or Microwave engineering – Significant Advantage)
- Deep, hands-on production experience in the design and layout of RFIC, Analog Mixed-Signal, or high-speed microwave circuits operating at multi-gigahertz frequencies – Mandatory
- Thorough, first-principles mastery of transmission-line theory, impedance matching, S-parameters, RF loss mechanisms, reflections, terminations, and high-speed signal integrity – Mandatory
- Proven experience engineering high-bandwidth electro-optic modulator interfaces, high-speed drivers, SerDes front-ends, or similar tens-of-GHz integrated circuit blocks – Mandatory
- Full technical fluency working within standard IC design environments (e.g., Cadence ecosystem) – Mandatory
- Robust, practical experience utilizing industry-standard RF/microwave electromagnetic (EM) and circuit simulation frameworks (such as Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Momentum, EMX, or Sonnet) – Mandatory
