Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure a seamless and reliable user experience across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional corporate environment, supporting a wide range of IT systems, end users, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical support to end users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, antivirus solutions, hardware, and end-user devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Set up and maintain workstations, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Perform basic user account and permissions management, including Active Directory administration.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues through both remote and on-site support.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in Help Desk and IT Support within an organization of 200+ users – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working in a Windows environment.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and permissions administration – Advantage.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user device issues – Advantage.
• Relevant IT training, certification, or computer-related coursework – Advantage.
