AI Transformation Manager

An established, highly stable technology pioneer specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of ultra-high-precision motion control systems and automation architectures.

Operating at sub-micron tolerances, the company's advanced hardware-software platforms serve as foundational infrastructure for the global semiconductor inspection and lithography industries.

Located in the Northern region of Israel, the organization offers a mature engineering and corporate culture under a flexible hybrid model providing one day of remote work per week (with extended flexibility of two days from home for long-distance commuters) alongside accommodating core hours.

Position Overview-

• Director of Enterprise AI Strategy & Business Transformation serving as the organizational champion to lead, design, and execute AI-driven digital transformation across all corporate business units (excluding core R&D).
• Reporting directly to the COO with a dotted line to the CEO, partnering closely with the Information Systems (IS) division to deploy scalable automated workflows.
• Identifying operational friction points within operations, supply chain, customer experience, finance, and business development to embed generative AI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation platforms.
• Architecting cross-functional change management strategies, establishing corporate data governance for non-technical departments, and defining clear KPIs to measure the concrete business value and ROI of adopted technologies.
• Serving as a strategic internal advisor to executive leadership and department heads, cultivating a data-driven culture of continuous operational excellence.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Enterprise AI Strategy, Digital & Business Transformation, GenAI Business Integration, Process Automation, Advanced Operations Analytics, Cross-Functional Program Management, IS & ERP/CRM Platform Integration, and Change Management.

Requirements-

• B.Sc./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field – Mandatory
• 10 years of proven leadership and management experience steering complex business transformations, enterprise-scale digital strategies, operational improvements, or technology management – Mandatory
• Hands-on professional experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling Artificial Intelligence (AI), intelligent automation, advanced data analytics, or enterprise software platforms – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional organizational initiatives from conception to full adoption – Mandatory
• Exceptional program and project management capabilities, with a structured approach to scoping, deployment, and performance tracking – Mandatory
• Proven background collaborating with, advising, and influencing C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and global department heads – Mandatory
