- As we continue our rapid international growth, we are looking for an experienced Director of Global Sales to lead our worldwide sales activities and help drive the company’s next stage of expansion.
The Director of Global Sales will be responsible for leading Bettear’s global sales activities, managing our international distributor network, driving revenue growth, and building scalable sales processes to support the company’s continued expansion.
This role works closely with the CEO and collaborates with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Own and achieve the company’s global sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and channel partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new distributors in strategic markets.
- Lead complex sales processes with customers worldwide.
- Build and manage an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
- Maintain disciplined CRM management and sales reporting.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Represent Bettear at international trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend actions to improve results.
- 7+ years of experience in international B2B sales.
- Proven experience managing distributors, channel partners, or system integrators.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex sales processes and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience in the Professional AV industry.
- Experience selling professional audio, AV, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience in a global technology company.
- Familiarity with the European and North American markets.
