Business Analyst

We're looking for a Strategic Business Analyst - someone who takes a complex business question, digs into the data, and comes back with a clear point of view and direction. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have a real seat at the table.

This is a build role. We're scaling our analytics foundation, so you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work with data - designing the reports and dashboards that will become our core decision-making tools, built to be scalable and AI-ready.

What you'll do:

• Work with leadership to translate business questions into insights that drive decisions
• Build our first core reports and dashboards from the ground up
• Design clean, scalable data infrastructure with the future in mind
• Be a thought partner, not just an executor

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years in business analysis, strategy, or a data-driven role
• Strong business intuition alongside solid technical skills (SQL, BI tools, data modeling)
• Experience building analytics infrastructure, not just working with existing ones
• ·AI native - you use AI tools as a natural part of how you work, think, and solve problems
• ·Clear, sharp communicator who can make data accessible to any audience
• Comfortable with ownership and ambiguity - you figure things out
