Position Overview-

• Senior Data Analyst joining an elite data division to serve as a cross-functional analytics authority covering Product, Marketing, Finance, and CRM vectors.
• Partnering closely with executive stakeholders, product managers, and growth teams to translate raw behavioral datasets into clear, data-driven strategies that optimize player retention and lifetime value (LTV).
• Designing, developing, and scaling advanced telemetry dashboards and business intelligence models using Looker to track complex user behaviors and economy metrics.
• Writing highly optimized, complex queries and processing pipelines using SQL and Python to extract actionable insights from high-scale data warehouses.
• Building data infrastructure and predictive analytics frameworks over modern cloud systems (GCP/AWS).
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- SQL, Python, Looker, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, B2C Product Analytics, User Behavior Modeling, Marketing Attribution, Finance Analytics, and CRM Data Optimization.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience operating as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Product Analyst – Mandatory
• Extensive analytics background operating within B2C product-led companies (e.g., Gaming, Mobile Apps, Consumer Tech, or High-Scale Web platforms) – Mandatory
• Production-proven mastery of writing complex, high-performance SQL architectures – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on programming and data manipulation skills using Python – Mandatory
• Practical technical experience working with cloud data warehouses and environments (GCP or AWS) – Mandatory
• Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills with a track record of translating complex analytical deep-dives into compelling executive presentations – Mandatory
