Head of Engineering - Digital

COMBLACK is hiring a Head of Engineering!

Lead a large-scale digital engineering domain across Web, Mobile and Backend, with full ownership of delivery, engineering standards and technology transformation.

What you’ll lead:

• Digital engineering teams across Web, Mobile and Backend

• Team leads, engineering managers and developers

• End-to-end delivery ownership

• Microservices, Kubernetes / OpenShift and cloud-native environments

• DevOps, engineering excellence and development standards

• Developer productivity and AI adoption in engineering workflows

• Large-scale technology transformation initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience managing complex engineering organizations

• Experience managing managers and multiple teams

• Strong background in architecture, scale and modern platforms

• Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift, CI/CD and Cloud

• Ability to lead change, connect teams and influence at an organizational level

Significant advantage: experience in financial or regulated organizations.
