Full Stack Engineer

Transfer Fintech provides cutting-edge payment orchestration solutions that empower businesses to offer seamless, secure, and scalable cross-border transactions.

We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer for our Haifa team to work on the services that process and route live transactions, where reliability and security aren’t negotiable. Backend is the core of the role. You’ll also build the frontend that merchants and our internal teams use every day.

Requirements

• Backend — 5+ years building backend services, ideally in PHP/Laravel or strong candidates with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Rails, C#/.NET, Go, or Java/Spring who can move into Laravel quickly.
• Frontend — Angular or React
• APIs and architecture — Solid REST API design, a working understanding of web security, and experience across more than one service or codebase.
• Code quality — Fluent in OOP, SOLID, and clean code. Write code that other people can read and maintain six months later.
• Communication — Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to work in a small, fast-moving team.

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on Laravel and its ecosystem (Eloquent, Blade, Artisan, queues).
• Background in payment gateways, transaction routing, or fintech.
• Go experience.
• Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day development work.
• AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager).
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS or GDPR, secure handling of sensitive data, and auth standards like JWT/OAuth.
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Docker), automated testing, and monitoring tools.
