Senior FullStack Engineer

Pluto Security is building the first AI Workspace Security Platform. AI tools like Cursor, Lovable and n8n are turning every employee, from engineering to marketing, into a builder, and every endpoint into a new attack surface. Pluto gives security teams full visibility, governance and automated enforcement across the AI tools employees use, the ecosystem behind them (extensions, MCPs, third-party infrastructure) and the apps, agents and automations they create, so organizations can say yes to AI innovation without losing control.

About the Role:

You’ll join a small, highly skilled R&D team building an agentless platform with 100+ integrations, at the cutting edge of AI security. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of major product features, from architecture and backend services to the user-facing experience.

• Design, build and ship features end to end across backend and frontend
• Take part in architecture and technical decisions as the platform scales
• Build integrations with the fast-evolving AI tools ecosystem
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Work closely with Product, Security Research and Design
• Help shape engineering culture, standards and best practices
• Own what you build in production
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong fullstack skills
• Strong backend experience (e.g. Python, Node.js, Go or similar)
• Strong frontend experience with modern frameworks (e.g. React, TypeScript)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and distributed systems
• Experience with databases, APIs, integrations and microservices architecture
• Startup experience and a strong sense of ownership
• Passion for AI tools and the AI builder ecosystem
• Advantage: experience in cybersecurity or security products
• Based in Tel Aviv area (hybrid)
