We are looking for a talented and energetic Customer Experience Specialist who knows how to create an excellent customer journey – from the very first interaction to the successful completion of the process.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing multiple interfaces and coordinating activities with contractors, customers, and warehouses.
• Communicating and following up with various authorities.
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
• Monitoring routine reports and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service position – must.
• Experience working with CRM systems and Office applications – must.
• Strong Excel skills – must.
• Ability to meet goals and work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• High service orientation – must.
• Strong English reading and writing skills – must.
• Proficiency in Hebrew – must.
• Additional language – advantage.
• Sales orientation – advantage.
