Information Systems Project Manager

Comblack is hiring an Information Systems Project Manager for a leading financial organization in the Shfela region.

This is an opportunity to join and lead complex, large-scale technology projects in the financial sector, driving planning, control, and execution of strategic initiatives in a highly dynamic and enterprise environment.

Role Overview:

A senior project management position responsible for leading end-to-end information systems projects, including planning, execution, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and delivery of cross-organizational initiatives in a complex enterprise landscape.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems specialization preferred) or a relevant equivalent degree – required
• Over 4 years of experience implementing, managing, and leading complex information systems projects in large organizations – required
• Experience in systems analysis, integrations, and interfaces – required
• Experience working with Jira, TFS, and Microsoft Project – required
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading cross-organizational processes
• Experience in the financial sector – a strong advantage
