About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead the company's end-to-end operations and supply chain activities across international markets.
This role is responsible for overseeing inventory management, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, international shipping, tax compliance, and facilities management. The Operations & Logistics Manager will also play a key role in shaping the company's operational strategy, translating business objectives into scalable operational plans, and driving continuous process improvements.
The position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Manage end-to-end inventory flow across warehouses, stores, e-commerce, and customers.
- Monitor inventory movements and stock accuracy across Zedonk, Shopify, Stockist, and related systems.
- Optimize inventory control processes and ensure data accuracy.
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Oversee all shipping, fulfillment, packing, and delivery operations.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and 3PL warehouses.
- Coordinate pick & pack operations, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and delivery performance.
- Continuously improve logistics efficiency and customer experience.
Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day operational relationships with local and international warehouses.
- Develop operational workflows for different order types and fulfillment processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and internal departments.
International Trade & Tax Compliance
- Oversee international shipping compliance, customs procedures, VAT, import/export regulations, and tax requirements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce shipping and tax-related costs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Facilities & Asset Management
- Oversee the operational management of the company's offices, ateliers, and retail locations.
- Manage vendors, maintenance providers, service contracts, and company assets.
- Ensure all facilities operate efficiently and contracts are renewed on time.
Strategic Operations
- Partner with senior management on operational strategy and business planning.
- Translate business objectives into operational execution plans.
- Develop forecasting models, operational analyses, and cost optimization initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead warehouse and logistics teams in Israel and internationally.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and supply chain.
- Develop team capabilities and operational excellence.
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience managing operations and logistics, preferably within an international or omnichannel business.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Experience managing local and international teams.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including cost analysis and operational planning.
- Knowledge of international trade, customs, VAT, and import/export regulations.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP and inventory management systems, particularly Zedonk, Shopify, and Stockist.
- Experience in the fashion, luxury, textile, or consumer goods industries.
- Experience leading strategic projects and implementing operational processes and systems.
