Senior Hardware Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join a dynamic R&D team developing advanced encoder technologies and high-performance electronic systems used in industrial applications worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex hardware development projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and influence the next generation of innovative products.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop new electronic boards for advanced encoder systems.
• Enhance and optimize existing hardware platforms.
• Take ownership of the complete hardware development lifecycle—from architecture and schematic design through validation, integration, and product release.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, testing, and system integration in collaboration with internal and external laboratories.
• Work closely with Mechanical, System, Firmware, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering teams.
• Design with manufacturability and testability in mind (DFM/DFT).
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support manufacturing activities and continuous product improvement.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Participate in customer support activities when advanced technical expertise is required.

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Proven experience designing digital electronic circuits and PCB-based products.
• Strong understanding of PCB design, board manufacturing processes, and hardware validation.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary products from concept through production.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong system-level thinking and a passion for engineering excellence.
