Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Field Technician for a leading company in the automotive industry in the Shfela area

This role includes handling hardware and software issues, managing users and permissions, setting up end-user workstations, supporting endpoint equipment, and traveling to branches across Israel

Responsibilities

Handle hardware and software malfunctions

Manage users and provide permissions

Set up end-user workstations

Support endpoint equipment and peripheral devices

Travel to company branches across Israel

Work with PC, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, and communication protocols

Operate in a dynamic and advanced technological environment with diverse systems and infrastructures

Requirements

Experience handling hardware issues and operating system malfunctions

Familiarity with printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment

Experience working with Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory

Knowledge of communication protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
