Fullstack Team Leader

A leading banking and financial services organization is looking for a strong Fullstack Team Leader to join a large-scale technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Fullstack Mobile team, including professional growth, work processes, and end-to-end delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain complex fullstack and mobile systems using advanced technologies at large scale.
• Own the development of features that directly impact millions of users.
• Define and implement high standards for code quality, performance, scalability, and system stability.
• Remain hands-on, including high-quality coding, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Implement AI-driven processes across the SDLC and CI/CD lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in software development - must.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead- must.
• Experience in mobile development, including native iOS and Android development - must.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform - must.
• Deep understanding of client-side architecture, Clean Architecture, SwiftUI, and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
