Senior Data Analyst

Wanted: Senior Data Analyst for an AdTech & Gaming company in Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time and hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and driving company growth by uncovering high-impact business insights across cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM tools to optimize user acquisition, retention, and in-app economies. Operating within a dynamic environment, the analyst will transform complex datasets into compelling strategic narratives that directly influence executive decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end A/B testing and experimentation processes across product, marketing, and economy teams to drive continuous optimization.

● Monitor key product KPIs, conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analyses, and translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.

● Build, maintain, and optimize robust BI dashboards while partnering with engineering to design scalable data tracking and ETL infrastructure.

● Utilize advanced Generative AI and LLM tools to accelerate analytical workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data efficiency.

Job Requirements:

● 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the gaming, mobile apps, SaaS, or digital consumer products sectors.

● Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for sophisticated data manipulation, analysis, and workflow automation.

● Practical experience with event-based product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and BI visualization tools like Tableau

● Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing methodologies.

● Proven ability to integrate Generative AI/LLM tools into workflows, combined with excellent data storytelling skills and fluent English.
