Senior Product Manager

QIZ helps organizations to align cryptographic management and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness with real world risks and compliance demands. We offer the market first Crypto Agility platform. Backed by some of the world's most prominent VC’s, we enable organizations to understand their cryptographic posture, prioritize action, and move confidently toward a post-quantum future.

Our team brings over six years of hands-on PQC experience, having supported more than 100 organizations in their transition toward quantum-safe readiness. Based on that real world experience, we built QIZ to address the gap we repeatedly saw between existing cryptographic tools and what enterprises actually need to operationalize PQC at scale.

Position

We are looking for a Product Manager who combines product mangement know-how with technical fluency.

You will define the "What" and "Why" of our platform, partnering with R&D on the "How." You don't need to write code, but you must be comfortable diving into technical details to build a product that makes a complex migration feel actionable for CISOs and DevOps teams.

As the first PM reporting directly to the VP of Product, this is a unique opportunity to shape the product culture, accelerate your professional growth, and make a tangible, high-visibility impact on a foundational security platform.

What you'll do:

• Customer-Centric Discovery: Engage directly with customers to translate operational pains into confidence-building product value.
• Planning and Prioritization: Own the roadmap and backlog. Ruthlessly prioritize between urgent customer needs, technical debt, and long-term PQC readiness goals.
• Define the Journey: Design end-to-end workflows that guide the user through the entire operational lifecycle, from discovery to resolution.
• Define with Precision: Don't just list features. Go deep enough into the technical and regulatory detail to define clear, well-scoped requirements — so engineering can own the implementation with full context.
• R&D Partnership: Provide clear business intent and user context, trusting engineering with the architecture.  

Required qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B Enterprise Software or SaaS, 3+ years in Cyber, 3+ years in Product Management
• Cyber Context: Strong domain expertise in Security, Infrastructure, or Compliance. Application Security background a pro.
• Technical Fluency: You are technical enough to read API documentation and technical standards as required. You are comfortable navigating technical tools to find answers rather than waiting for a demo.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: You use modern AI tools to accelerate research, draft specifications, and analyze data.
• Outcome-Driven Mindset: You focus on the value and the outcome (e.g., risk reduction, operational readiness), not just the feature. You understand that shipping code is secondary to solving the customer's true business problem.
