Marketing Manager - Intelichain
This role is posted on behalf of Intelichain, a resident company at SmartUp Academy.
Intelichain is expanding. With rapid growth and rising demand for advanced planning, we’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and run the entire marketing function end-to-end and help shape Intelichain’s platform.
About Intelichain
Intelichain is an AI-driven supply chain planning company with proven traction in the Israeli enterprise market. Our customers include some of Israel’s largest corporations across multiple industries. In just four years we’ve built a strong product, closed meaningful enterprise contracts, and validated real market demand. We’re now preparing to scale into the US and Europe.
The Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end Marketing Manager position with full ownership of the marketing function.
This is an enterprise B2B environment. The target universe is well-defined (Israel’s leading enterprises with significant inventory), so the real challenge is precision: laser-focused, account-by-account, person-by-person marketing.
You won’t be starting from scratch. There’s an existing CRM of several thousand contacts, an internal library of marketing assets and expertise, and close partnership with leadership on creative and strategic direction.
What You’ll Own
The role breaks into four core areas:
1) Brand & presence. Keep everything customer-facing polished and current: website, LinkedIn, partnership announcements, value-analysis programs and all branded materials. Enterprise buyers run deep due diligence on the company itself, not just the product, so how we show up matters enormously.
2) Lead generation. Drive qualified, demo-ready leads through three channels:
- Email & SMS sequencing and cadences: activating an underused base of several thousand CRM contacts (for example, nurturing course attendees and prior prospects).
- Sales engagements: conferences (identifying, sponsoring and showing up at every relevant one), webinars, and in-office consultations for prospects.
- Targeted outreach: pinpoint prospecting of specific decision-makers at specific target accounts.
3) Courses as marketing. Run the company’s courses for planners as a demand-generation channel. Bringing planners in and demonstrating the product in action.
4) Go-to-market support. Contribute to the go-to-market effort for the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company’s marketing strategy.
- Plan conferences, events, podcasts and webinars end-to-end.
- Build partnerships and co-marketing initiatives (you run the cycle, leadership handles the commercial terms).
- Create and manage a strong content strategy across website, blog, LinkedIn and campaigns.
- Run lean, highly targeted paid campaigns and lead generation (LinkedIn, Google, Meta).
- Own email marketing, CRM flows, and prospect/customer sequencing.
- Manage the website and all social media channels.
- Create marketing assets: presentations, visuals, light video editing and graphic design.
- Drive brand-building and lead-generation initiatives.
- Take part in the go-to-market for the US and Europe.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing (SaaS a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to own a full marketing function independently, from strategy to execution, with breadth across content, events, campaigns and digital, not a narrow single-channel specialist.
- Experience managing partnerships, webinars and co-marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on with performance marketing (LinkedIn/Google) and lead generation.
- Experience with email marketing, CRM systems and lifecycle/customer sequencing.
- Comfortable owning website, social media and brand presence end-to-end.
- Able to create and manage content independently (writing, Canva, basic editing).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to run multiple parallel initiatives.
- Strong communicator, comfortable working with leadership, sales and external partners.
- Proactive and accountable; thrives in a “full ownership” environment.
- Native Hebrew and full professional working English (you’ll support the US/Europe go-to-market).
Ideal profile: a hands-on B2B marketer ready to step into their first department-level leadership role. Enterprise B2B backgrounds with long sales and implementation cycles (e.g. ERP/enterprise software, medical devices sold to hospitals) translate especially well.
