AI QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing) 241091

We are looking for an experienced AI QA Engineer to join an innovative project focused on implementing an advanced AI Agent / Conversational Agent solution within a global enterprise environment. This role combines both manual and automation testing and offers the opportunity to work closely with AI product teams, project management, and development teams on a cutting-edge product in deployment stages.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing for AI Agent / Conversational Agent systems.
• Validate conversation flows and interactions between AI agents and organizational users.
• Test business processes related to employee requests and approval workflows for adopting new software within the organization.
• Verify data accuracy, form submissions, and seamless progression through approval processes.
• Collaborate closely with AI Project Managers, Product Owners, and Development Teams.
• Support the testing lifecycle from end to end for a new AI-driven product during implementation and rollout.
• Identify, document, and report defects; open and track bugs through resolution.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Manual and Automation Testing – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience testing AI Agents, Conversational Agents, Chatbots, or GenAI-based systems – mandatory.
• Experience working closely with Development Teams and Project Managers.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• High level of English (written and verbal) – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
• Strong process-oriented thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
