A leading enterprise organization in Central Israel is looking for a Junior PPC Campaign Manager to join its digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid advertising campaigns end-to-end across digital platforms.
• Create compelling ad copy, engaging creatives, and highly targeted audience segments.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve results.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
• Generate insights and recommendations based on campaign data and performance metrics.
• Track KPIs and performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to support digital initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking abilities.
• Relevant degree, diploma, or professional certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience working in a large organization or agency environment.
