Project Manager – Telephony & Contact Center Systems Implementation

Bynet Communications is hiring a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Telephony and Contact Center systems. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of cloud-based telephony platforms and contact center solutions – from initial planning through deployment, handover, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery of Telephony and Contact Center systems
• Manage cloud-based telephony infrastructure and contact center agent management platforms
• Own projects from planning and design through implementation and customer delivery
• Provide ongoing support during post-implementation changes and enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functional and matrix teams including engineering, vendors, and customer stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
• Experience in Telephony, Contact Center, or CRM-related projects – required
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / hybrid)
• Experience leading and managing matrix teams
• Industrial Engineering degree – an advantage
