QA & Delivery Manager

Junior QA Engineer | 60–80% Position

Role Description:

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join our team in Or Yehuda.

This is a 60–80% position focused on hands-on QA work. The role includes planning and executing tests, validating system behavior, documenting and tracking defects, and helping ensure that releases meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases for web-based systems and enterprise applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing across user flows, integrations, APIs, databases, and business processes.
• Validate system behavior against business requirements, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
• Document, track, and report defects clearly and accurately.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between requirements, implementation, and testing.
• Support release testing, deployment readiness, production validation, and post-release checks.
• Participate in Agile work processes such as sprint planning, daily updates, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance -or relevant academic / practical experience.
• Experience or familiarity with testing web applications.
• Basic understanding of SQL/database validation, API testing, and end-to-end system validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• High ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on open items, and work independently as well as part of an Agile team environment.
