Director of Engineering

Their state-of-the-art platform leverages sophisticated machine learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze digital partnerships and consumer behavior patterns, driving measurable marketing growth and data-driven insights for tier-1 global brands.

The organization maintains its primary R&D center based in the Tel Aviv District, supporting a highly flexible hybrid work environment with three days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Engineering Team Lead taking direct professional, architectural, and personnel responsibility over an organic multidisciplinary squad of 5 engineers (Full Stack Developers, DevOps, and Data Engineers), reporting directly to the Site Lead.
• Driving strategic hiring and organizational scaling, with explicit plans to expand the engineering group to roughly 10 professionals within the upcoming year.
• Acting as a highly influential technical authority, maintaining an active Hands-On presence in architecture, system design, and rigorous code reviews, while providing deep mentorship and professional growth paths for the team.
• Spearheading major structural decisions around cloud scalability, end-to-end reliability, data warehousing infrastructures, and production-grade LLM integrations.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, MongoDB, Snowflake, AWS, and Production LLMs.

Requirements-

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading academic institution OR an alumnus of an elite IDF technological unit – Mandatory
• 2+ years of proven experience in direct engineering management / team leadership overseeing a minimum of 4 technical professionals – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade software development pedigree focusing heavily on Node.js ecosystems – Mandatory
• Robust, hands-on architectural experience deploying and managing scalable infrastructure over major Cloud platforms (specifically AWS) – Mandatory
• Proven background working within highly successful, modern B2B SaaS product companies – Mandatory
