Position: QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

We are looking for a versatile QA Engineer to ensure the high quality of our software product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers to build reliable test suites, catch defects early, and optimize our testing processes.

Core responsibilities

• Test Strategy: Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual test cases and automated test scripts. 
• Bug Tracking: Identify, log, document, and track software bugs thoroughly using issue-tracking tools. 
• Collaboration: Partner with developers and product managers in an Agile environment to review requirements and ensure testability. 
• Regression testing: Perform rigorous regression testing before product releases to ensure software stability.

Skills and qualifications

• Language: English proficiency, both in writing and verbal 
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in both manual and automated software testing. 
• Coding skills: Proficient in writing test code using C# and/or JavaScript. 
• Automation frameworks: Experience with automation tools API testing.
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or through code. 
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development cycles and QA methodologies. 
• Databases: Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases to verify test data.

Soft Skills

• Analytical mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to details. 
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical bugs clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.
• Adaptability: Comfortable switching between hands-on manual exploratory testing and writing code for automation.
