The company is expanding its elite team in Tel Aviv (highly accessible via the train network), operating on a hybrid model that balances vibrant in-office collaboration with one day of remote work per week.
Position Overview-
- Senior Data & Product Analyst joining an intimate, high-impact analytics team (reporting directly to the Analytics Lead) to drive product strategy, user growth, and core platform economics.
- Owning end-to-end (E2E) A/B testing frameworks, hypothesis formulation, and statistical validation to safely deploy high-impact gaming and monetization features.
- Analyzing large-scale clickstream, event-based data, and user journeys to uncover behavior patterns, building executive-level dashboards, and defining critical product KPIs.
- Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and C-level leadership, while utilizing advanced analytics stacks alongside cutting-edge GenAI/LLM workflows to automate and elevate deep-dive insights.
Requirements-
- Academic Background: B.Sc. or higher in a quantitative field (Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) – Highly Preferred from Top Universities
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Data / Product Analyst in product-driven environments – Mandatory
- Expert-level proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and advanced data manipulation using Python – Mandatory
- Extensive background in B2C product environments (Gaming, Mobile Apps, or high-scale SaaS tech) – Significant Advantage
- Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) or modern data tools (e.g., Tableau, dbt) – Strong Advantage
- Practical experience integrating GenAI / LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude APIs) to optimize and automate analytical workflows – Advantage
