We are looking for a creative powerhouse with "fire in their eyes" who lives and breathes social media, internet culture, and storytelling. We need a proactive, high-capacity individual who doesn't just follow trends - but sets them.

You are an optimistic and authentic communicator who is comfortable both behind the screen and "in the field," delivering our brand story to the world. You are the tip of the spear for our global digital presence, and you will have the autonomy to drive our social strategy from a raw idea to a viral sensation.

The Scope: What You Will Do

As our Global Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of VOYE’s digital assets, acting as the ultimate gatekeeper and strategist for our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels. Your daily playground includes:

• Global Influencer Partnerships: We already collaborate with top-tier, world-renowned influencers and industry leaders across multiple markets. You will manage these high-profile relationships, maximize their impact, and actively recruit new heavy-hitters to forge powerful, business-driven partnerships with VOYE.
• Global Agency Management: You won't do it all alone. You will steer and manage our social media agencies around the world, ensuring that localized efforts are perfectly aligned with our global brand vision.
• Viral Hooks & Scripting: Master the art of the scroll-stopper. You’ll concept and script high-impact content designed to capture attention in the first 2 seconds.
• Agile Video Editing: Bring ideas to life instantly. You are a lean, mean editing machine, using CapCut (and other mobile/desktop tools) to produce high-quality, fast-paced, platform-native content.
• UGC Management: Build, scale, and nurture a global army of everyday creators and travelers. You'll scout talent, manage briefs, and ensure a constant pipeline of authentic social proof.
• Active Community Engagement: You won't just post and ghost. You will actively jump into comment sections, trigger conversations, leverage internet humor, and turn followers into a cult-like global community.

How Success Looks Like - Your KPIs

We move fast, and we measure what matters. Your impact will be driven by:

• Reach & Virality: Exploding VOYE’s organic visibility across new and existing global markets.
• UGC Volume & Velocity: Scaling the amount of high-quality, authentic creator content passing through our pipeline.
• Engagement Rate: Building deep, active, and meaningful interactions within our community.
• Share of Voice (SOV): Making sure VOYE is the dominant conversation starter in the tech-travel space.
  

Requirements: Is It You?

• 2+ years of experience managing global social media channels (B2C, Tech, or Travel brands—a major plus).
• Proven experience managing high-level global influencers, closing partnership deals, and driving ROI through creators.
• Experience managing external global marketing/social media agencies.
• CapCut Wizard: Advanced video editing skills tailored specifically for short-form video algorithms.
• A proven track record of creating organic content that goes viral (portfolio/links required).
• Native-level or professional English (written and spoken) - additional languages are advantaged.
• An autonomous hustler mentality: You see a trend, you execute on the spot.
