SOC Lead

Comblack is hiring a SOC Team Lead!

This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end SOC operations and combine team management with hands-on technological work in the cyber security domain.

The role includes:

• Managing and leading a SOC team in an enterprise environment

• Overseeing daily SOC operations, monitoring, investigation, and incident response activities

• Working with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or Sentinel

• Leading cyber investigations, alert triage, and incident handling processes

• Performing and guiding Threat Hunting activities

• Improving detection rules, alerts, and SOC workflows

• Working in Cloud environments, including AWS or Azure

• Collaborating with security, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams

• Driving continuous improvement of SOC processes, tools, and response capabilities

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience managing a SOC team

• 3+ years of experience in SOC or Incident Response roles

• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or Sentinel

• Experience in Threat Hunting, cyber investigations, and alert tuning

• Experience working in Cloud environments, including AWS or Azure
