Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a unique opportunity to take a key role in shaping the company’s internal development capabilities. You will lead the design and development of business applications, internal platforms, and automation solutions. The role offers significant ownership, direct interaction with senior stakeholders, and future potential to build and lead an in-house development team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop business applications, internal tools, and automation solutions across multiple platforms
• Lead end-to-end development projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes and implement new solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to existing developers while helping establish development standards and best practices
• Design and implement APIs, backend services, integrations, and supporting applications
• Take part in architecture decisions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
• Build and maintain development environments, CI/CD processes, and modern development workflows
• Drive technological initiatives and support the future growth of the company's internal development capabilities

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience using .NET Core and Angular or React
• Experience delivering end-to-end full-stack solutions from design through production
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, OOP principles, error handling, and logging
• Strong knowledge of Git and modern development practices
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, or serving as a Tech Lead / Senior Developer
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders and senior management
• High level of ownership, independence, and hands-on approach

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing automation solutions or RPA processes
• Experience building internal tools and business applications
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture and orchestration tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with AI tools, Agents, and AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience working with HubSpot or Marketing Automation platforms
