French Business Operations Specialist at Walmart Global Tech IL
- This is an outsourced-contractor position for Walmart.
Walmart is looking for a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented French-Speaking Business Operations Specialist to join our team and support the Walmart Reviews Syndication Program, while also contributing to strategic initiatives that support the continued growth and evolution of the Marketplace business.
In this partner-facing role, you will work closely with Walmart account managers, Marketplace sellers, and internal stakeholders to drive program adoption, support seamless onboarding, and deliver an outstanding partner experience.
This role also offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, partner engagement, and business support. As Marketplace priorities evolve, the scope of the role may expand to include new processes, tools, stakeholder groups, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Process applications and operational requests in alignment with program guidelines, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Ensure adherence to program policies, operational procedures, and applicable Legal and Compliance requirements throughout the registration and review syndication process.
- Own and manage key workflows and processes using CRM systems and other business tools.
- Partner with Walmart associates, Marketplace sellers, and other stakeholders to provide guidance, support, and a seamless experience.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for Marketplace business partners and collaborate on program execution, engagement, and operational initiatives.
- Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing program participation across various stakeholder groups.
- Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and optimize workflows, processes, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
- Contribute to special projects, testing efforts, process enhancements, and new initiatives as the program and organization continue to grow.
- Support operational tracking and help maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
- Native French speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
- Up to 2 years of experience in business operations, program support, customer success, account management, project coordination, or a related field, preferably within eCommerce, technology, retail, or digital platforms.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business tools to support reporting, tracking, and operational activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to support meetings and collaborate across Israel and Canada & US time zones.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of new challenges.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and business support tools, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
