Jeen AI is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will be part of a small, collaborative, and fast-growing finance team, taking ownership of the company's day-to-day bookkeeping activities through trial balance. You will support monthly and quarterly closing processes, prepare recurring financial reports, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping through trial balance.
• Process vendor and customer invoices.
• Perform bank, credit card, vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities.
• Prepare recurring monthly Excel reports for management and financial control.
• Work extensively with the Priority ERP system.
• Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting analyses.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  
  

• Previous experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Full-Cycle Bookkeeper.
• Experience working in a high-tech company or another fast-paced environment – mandatory.
• Experience supporting monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Strong Excel skills, including preparation of recurring financial reports.
• Experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory.
• High level of independence, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to drive processes end-to-end.
