Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness and user engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing platform-specific content calendars, writing and editing posts, coordinating visual assets, and optimizing content for reach and performance. The role also involves monitoring social channels, responding to community interactions, tracking key metrics, and providing regular performance reports and insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to align campaigns with app launches, feature updates, and broader brand goals.

Qualifications

• Strong social media marketing skills, including campaign planning, audience growth, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in content strategy and social media optimization (SMO) to tailor messaging and formats for each platform.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for clear, engaging, and consistent brand messaging.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable content and optimization recommendations.
• Previous experience managing social media for apps, tech products, or startups is preferred.
