PPC Campaign Manager

About Us

Converting Digital is a small, boutique performance marketing agency working with e-commerce and lead-generation clients worldwide. We are not a large agency, and this role is not part of a big corporate structure. We are intentionally small, focused, and hands-on - and we're looking for the next core person to grow with us.

This role is designed for a driven, hands-on performance marketer who wants to take real responsibility and grow professionally inside a boutique agency. You'll work closely with the founder and take full ownership of client accounts - from A to Z. This is not a junior role, but also not a senior corporate position. It's a role for someone who wants impact, trust, and a long-term professional home - someone who wants to do the work exceptionally well and become a key, trusted person on the team.

• End-to-end ownership of client accounts
• Managing campaigns from strategy → execution → optimization
• Running campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Understanding client goals and translating them into performance strategy
• Implementing and managing tracking (pixels, GA4, GTM, conversion tags)
• Writing and optimizing ad copy (Hebrew & English)
• Creating clear creative briefs for designers and video editors
• Building and maintaining performance dashboards (Looker Studio)
• Taking responsibility for results, communication, and delivery
  

✔ At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads 

✔ Comfortable using AI tools as part of the daily workflow to move faster, think smarter, and improve campaign execution, copy, creative ideas, reporting, and optimization 

✔ Good communication and people skills 

✔ Comfortable working in a small team with high responsibility 

✔ Looking for a long-term place, not a short stop
