Technical Product Manager – AdOps, RevOps & Ad Serving Platform

We are a rapidly growing AdTech company operating a large-scale ad-serving platform focused on OTT/CTV publishers.

We're looking for a senior Technical Product Manager with a unique combination of Product Management, Ad Operations, and Revenue Operations expertise. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and Revenue Optimization.

You will own the product roadmap for the ad-serving platform, ensuring that every initiative contributes to revenue growth, operational scalability, and platform performance.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the ad-serving platform
• Align product initiatives with business objectives, revenue targets, and operational efficiency goals
• Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
• Define priorities and execution plans across multiple stakeholders

Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Create PRDs, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize product backlog and sprint execution
• Ensure successful delivery of high-impact product initiatives

Revenue & Operational Optimization

• Apply AdOps and RevOps expertise to product decision-making
• Optimize yield strategies, floor pricing, demand routing, and margin performance
• Design scalable workflows covering onboarding, billing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Identify revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives

Performance & Analytics

• Define, track, and optimize key business metrics, including:
• Fill Rate
• CPM
• Win Rate
• Revenue per Session
• Discrepancy Rate
• Operational Throughput
• Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and strategic decisions

Ecosystem & Integrations

• Collaborate with supply and demand partners on integrations and platform connectivity
• Work with technologies and standards such as OpenRTB, VAST, and SSAI
• Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, AdOps, Finance, and Business teams

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Ad Serving, Programmatic Operations, or related AdTech roles
• Experience working as a Product Manager within an AdTech environment
• Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, monetization strategies, pricing models, and scalability
• Deep knowledge of the OTT/CTV ecosystem and programmatic advertising supply chain
• Hands-on experience with ad servers such as FreeWheel, SpringServe, Google Ad Manager (GAM), or similar platforms
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to understand APIs, system architecture, and data flows
• Experience writing PRDs and technical documentation
• Advanced SQL skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse, Supabase, or similar data infrastructure technologies
• Familiarity with IVT and fraud detection solutions
• Experience building or optimizing billing and reconciliation workflows
• Knowledge of ads.txt, sellers.json, and Supply Chain Object (schain)
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments
