About the Role
Cyera is seeking an exceptional Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions. In this role, you'll enable the world's most security-conscious organizations to adopt Cyera on their terms—running our platform entirely within their controlled environments, meeting stringent compliance requirements, and maintaining complete data sovereignty.
You’ll partner closely with our Core Infrastructure, Solution Architects, and DevOps teams to design, build, and deliver deployment architectures that give customers maximum control and security. Beyond executing deployments, you will help reshape our product architecture so it can be delivered into stringent customer environments without compromising scalability. Your work directly unlocks deals with Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies that cannot use traditional SaaS, while ensuring our engineering teams can scale these solutions efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

Drive Self-Managed Platform (SMP) and Bring Your Own Cluster (BYOC) initiatives—enable large enterprises to run Cyera entirely within their private cloud with full control and zero Cyera access. Own the full product lifecycle for these models, including POV design, monitoring and support under limited-access constraints, versioning and cross-component compatibility, as well as data residency, data processing requirements, and delivery of our proprietary ML capabilities.

Strategic Infrastructure Initiatives

Enable large, security-conscious enterprises to deploy and operate Cyera within infrastructure environments they control, in line with their own security and access requirements. This requires supporting and continuing to improve the product for these customers under varying levels of visibility and access.
Ensure the Cyera Platform serves as the customer's central interface for visibility and control over how Cyera operates within their cloud environment—covering network configuration, cost, deployment, permissions, and related operational parameters.
Lead Cyera product security offering to help Cyera customers comply with industry standards while not compromising product performance.
Prepare the product to meet U.S. federal government security requirements (FedRAMP), enabling Cyera to sell to government agencies. This involves working with Security and Compliance teams to adapt the product to stricter regulatory standards.
Unify these efforts into a single roadmap, ensuring that as Cyera takes on customers with more demanding infrastructure and compliance requirements (in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government), this work does not come at the expense of the broader product team's progress.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Build and maintain the platform roadmap in collaboration with the Core engineering team, DevOps, and Security teams
Work across all product teams to collect and prioritize infrastructure requirements, ensuring the platform enables feature teams to deliver value
Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to understand customer deployment requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams on certification requirements (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001) and their product implications

Product Strategy & Execution

Define product requirements for complex infrastructure initiatives involving networking, security, deployment automation, and version management
Manage quarterly (Q) planning cycles for infrastructure initiatives, balancing strategic projects with operational needs
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records, and customer-facing deployment guides
Drive continuous improvement in deployment efficiency, reducing time-to-value for customers with complex infrastructure requirements

Customer & Market Focus

Engage directly with strategic customers to understand their infrastructure constraints and security requirements
Support pre-sales activities for deals requiring custom deployment architectures or compliance attestations
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends in enterprise security infrastructure and compliance
Track and analyze infrastructure metrics that impact customer success and Cyera's operational efficiency

Requirements:

Who You Are
Must-Haves

4+ years of Product Management and/or Software Engineering experience in infrastructure, DevOps, security, or enterprise SaaS platforms
Strong technical background with deep understanding of:
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment models
Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration
Enterprise networking, VPCs, security groups, and connectivity patterns
Security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001)
Hands-on technical experience with infrastructure and DevOps tools - not just product management oversight. Examples include: writing Terraform/CloudFormation code, managing Kubernetes clusters, building CI/CD pipelines, configuring cloud networking, or similar infrastructure work
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with dependencies across engineering, security, compliance, and GTM teams

Technical Skills

Ability to read and understand infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version management
Understanding of enterprise security concepts: RBAC, SSO/SAML, encryption, key management
Experience with observability, monitoring, and infrastructure operations

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strategic thinking combined with attention to operational detail
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
Strong project management skills with ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large U.S. B2B enterprise companies, particularly in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
Previous experience with FedRAMP authorization or other government compliance programs
Background in self-hosted/on-premises enterprise software or managed service provider (MSP) platforms
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and tenant isolation patterns
Prior work on projects involving BYOC, BYOK, or similar customer-controlled deployment models
Understanding of data security and privacy concepts (DSPM, DLP, data governance)
Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
