The Role

In this role, you will focus heavily on manual UI testing, test planning, and CMS mapping, alongside managing and maintaining our automated testing infrastructure (approx. 30% of the role). You will take part in the full development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, map, characterize, and plan comprehensive QA testing strategies for web & mobile sites.
• Create, build, and document test cases, including implementing and managing tests within CMS platforms.
• Perform thorough manual QA testing on the frontend/UI of our websites to ensure exceptional user experience and visual standards.
• Maintain and expand our automated testing capabilities (comprising about 30% of the position).
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams as an integral part of the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure product readiness for release, performing final validation of product functionality prior to production.
• Support software maintenance activities, including updates, patches, and bug resolution.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong technical background and a proven track record in UI/Frontend testing.
• Experience in designing, planning, and mapping test cases.
• Experience or familiarity with test automation (such as Playwright, Selenium, Testim.io, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (some practical experience is a distinct advantage).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and experience writing clear test documentation.
• Close attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of the system.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
