Technical Support Specialist (Defense)

We are looking for a hands-on Network Administrator & Technical Support Specialist to manage IT infrastructure and provide end-user support in a secure, classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage workstations, IT systems, users, permissions, and access controls.
• Administer Google Workspace, including users, groups, permissions, shared drives, email access, and security settings.
• Install, configure, and support operating systems and organizational software.
• Work with vendors and document IT procedures when needed.
• Ensure compliance with information security procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support / network administration.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and organizational software.
• Knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and service orientation.
• Ability to work in a classified environment.

Advantages

• Active civilian security clearance — significant advantage.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with ArmyTS / Segula software.
• Experience in defense, government, or regulated environments.
• Relevant IT certifications.
