About The Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in Israel, covering an 8-month maternity leave with potential future opportunities. In this role, you will lead the entire product for Israel as a member of the local business management team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and driving strategy that creates real impact for migrant workers. You will partner with a cross-functional squad — including engineers in Ukraine, dozens of local employees at the Israeli site, and stakeholders across product, ops, finance, legal, and business development — to build experiences that deliver exponential value to customers globally — in an environment that embraces AI tools and moves with urgency.

You Will:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision while aligning with the overall company strategy.
• Drive the product roadmap to achieve business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to execution, collaborating with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize features, user stories, and requirements based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
• Move fast — prototype, test, and iterate quickly, using AI tools to accelerate discovery, reduce friction in execution, and unlock ideas that wouldn't be possible otherwise.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea generation and problem-solving.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
• Utilize market insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  
  

You Have:

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management with a significant experience in managing technical products or managing technical integrations.
• Strong technical background, previous developer experience is a plus.
• Strong track record of successfully delivering and scaling digital products with special focus on native mobile apps.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
